Steve Gant, born and raised in Charlotte County, is a second generation Realtor and fourth generation Floridian. Upon graduating Charlotte High School, Steve earned his BA in real estate from Florida State University, then a masters from University of Florida in real estate appraisals. With 20 years and counting in his real estate career, Steve has sold over $80 million in commercial real estate and earned the prestigious CCIM and MAI designations. Steve believes in giving back to his local community, he was on the board of trustees and a founding member of Calusa National Bank, the advisory board for Bayfront Health Punta Gorda, as well as Charlotte County Family YMCA. When not working or serving his community, you’ll likely find Steve in the woods or on the Florida water with his family.
